I visited every web sight within 100 miles also visited several dealerships in person. None compare to the friendly down to earth staff at Newton in Gallatin. Other dealerships never listen to your wants and needs, they are too busy trying to sale you A car. Newton not only listens, but they make it happen. Newton will sale you the car that you want, not the car they want you to have. If they don't have that car, they will get it. Donnie Mallory and Ryan Martin are the "A" team in my book. Lease Buy-Out Option worked Randy did fine job of working through lease buy-out. Everyone at dealership I worked with was helpful and seemed interested in my situation. Took some extra time with computer failures at Nissan and Experian but Randy and Newton staff stayed with me and found other ways to get information needed. More
I just can't believe this dealership.......... When I pulled into Newton Nissan this morning (to attend the plant tour in Smyrna), I was greeted by Ben Farmer walking out to my car. He rode with me to hide my vehicle in the back lot, since I didn't have my Frontier with me today (wife drove it to Memphis). Now that was "customer service". He then walked me back to the showroom to check in with Kelsey (now here's another "customer service" oriented young lady). What a great organized event she planned and executed. While waiting I spoke with Tim Clark and David Stone (who reminded me to call him if I needed anything with my Frontier) = "customer service again"! I didn't see Moses (who sold me my truck, guess he was resting so he could have a busy weekend selling more cars). While at lunch, I sat next to Kelsey and across from Robert and Collin (our limo drivers for the day). Great group to talk with and really "high" on Nissans. As for the plant tour.............. WOW, it was by far the best plant tour that I've EVER been on, in my life. And it still seems unbelievable that the plant could turn out 2500 vehicles PER DAY, and keep everything straight. Assembling with doors....... take them off and they go in a different direction........ then reunited with the body they came from, to get it all back together. UNBELIEVABLE ! ! ! Bottom line, I've never experienced a dealership like Newton in my short 46 year driving history. A dealership that has dinners to introduce new owners to the various department heads and explain what all THEY can do for me and my vehicle. Plant tours where several of your vehicles are produced, and a great lunch. You guys are in a class by yourself in my opinion. Thanks again for the "customer service" (notice how these two words just KEEP coming up in my comments)? Whoever came up with this philosophy that you've ingrained into your employees, I commend them. That's what I see as putting your dealership and your PEOPLE ahead of your competition. Kris came in earlier than his scheduled shift to make sure it was ready for us. He explained all the features and connected the cell phone. Thanks.
