The sales person only quoted MSRP while showing different cars, but when it came to negotiation time, all cars were priced well over MSRP. One month later, I was back in the dealership due to a check engine light. My new car has been in service for two weeks due to the cyber attack. All in all, a frustrating experience. After 16 years I was ready to replace my old Audi. I found my experience to be customer friendly. Christian, Steve and I believe Alex worked with me to get me into the car I wanted in a way I could a I found my experience to be customer friendly.
