I was pleasantly greeted by Dianne Ponce on my arrival. We shared experiences from our past. I worked for DMV for 35 years and 4 years in the auto dealership. I shared my personal information and she handled the information professionally. She showed me the Audi and showed some of the features of the vehicle. She introduced me to Kyle Saephanh who is the financial personal. Kyle was very pleasant and professional. We spent several hours discussion the services available to me. He suggested another credit union that has a lower rate. I still requested Golden 1 Credit Union who has provided me with excellent services for over 35 years. He explained the warranty services and these services wouldn't be included in the contract. We completed the contract and I was asking when we would be completing the DMV forms. I didn't have lunch and it 1:45, Kyle gave me one of his protein bars. Once the paperwork was completed, Dianne brought my Audi around to the front of the dealership for my trip back home.
