Very smooth procedure for coating for Q5, Tatyana great to work with! Both Tatyana and Erik were very helpful in allowing me to drop off my 2004 Allroad for servicing when I picked up the Q5, and Erik fol to work with! Personally, I don't think dropping the courtesy driver and substituting with Lyft is a good idea. Lots of reports about unsavory Lyft and Uber drivers. As a single, older female, I do not use Lyft or Uber. I much prefer a vetted driver from the dealership. More
We eventually wound up with a Q7 Prestige vehicle that we are very happy with, but it was a very laborious process to complete. They did not have a vehicle on the lot that we wanted, but we agreed on a vehi are very happy with, but it was a very laborious process to complete. They did not have a vehicle on the lot that we wanted, but we agreed on a vehicle that they could acquire. The paperwork process was completed and we waited for the car. Several days later we were told we couldn't have that vehicle. The dealer found an acceptable replacement vehicle several days later. After starting all over again with the paperwork and the finances we finally have a great Q7 Prestige. It was a long and painful process, but Niello Audi persevered and succeed in getting us the Q7 Prestige we now enjoy. William was great to work with. More
