She was friendly, patient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the cars. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made the entire experience comfortable without ever making us feel pressured. A huge thank you as well to General Manager Paul, who was amazing and worked with us to give us a great deal. The entire experience from beginning to end was excellent. I absolutely love my new BMW! I never thought I would be part of the BMW family, but after this experience, I’m so happy to be. ❤️🚗 Thank you to the whole team for making our car-buying experience so special. Highly recommend! My overall experience with Matt Jardine was very positive. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. I texted Matt about the car I wanted to test-drive about an hour before I arrived, and he had the vehicle ready and waiting for me. After I purchased the car, I had a few concerns, and Matt immediately spoke with his Sales Manager and helped resolve the issues. It was a pleasure having Matt and Tim assist us. They made the entire car-buying experience much easier and stress free. Thank you again, Matt for your excellent customer service! More
I brought my BMW to Niello specifically because they were running a $450 battery replacement special. Otherwise, I likely would have chosen another shop. From the beginning, the communication was confusin running a $450 battery replacement special. Otherwise, I likely would have chosen another shop. From the beginning, the communication was confusing. The battery was the primary reason my car was there, yet after drop-off I started receiving communication about an oil change, inspection, filters and other maintenance items and had to clarify again why the vehicle was actually there. The work was eventually completed and I was told the car was “all set.” I had been out of town for the week and had already told my service advisor, Zahan, that I would be back over the weekend. I returned Saturday night. On Sunday, I called because I needed the car for work Monday morning. I knew Service was closed. I was not asking anyone to perform service. The car was already finished, I had a spare key, and I was willing to pay the balance immediately. John was helpful and actually checked for the key. Jared was where the larger problem became obvious. When I asked whether I could use my spare key and pay that day, he told me that “sales, service, and parts are their own separate things.” That statement really sums up my experience. I later spoke with William, the sales manager on duty. To his credit, he initially went to ask questions. But when I offered to bring cash because he said he could not accept payment for Service, he told me I was an “excellent salesperson.” Later, when I pointed out that Sales could accept payment to sell a vehicle but apparently could not help accept payment to release my completed car, he said, “I’m sure you can talk me into saying yes to just about anything.” I was not trying to sell him anything or talk him into something unreasonable. I was simply trying to get my own completed car back. I offered multiple solutions: a spare key, card payment, cash, and asking someone to contact Service management. Instead, the conversation became increasingly focused on why the departments were separate rather than on helping the customer. There may have been a legitimate policy reason the vehicle could not be released on Sunday. I can accept that. What I cannot accept is a dealership that seems to operate as though Sales, Service and Parts are separate businesses instead of one company responsible for the customer. From my perspective, I did not leave my BMW with “Service.” I left it with Niello BMW Sacramento. And this raises a bigger question for me: if I was only there for Service and this is how the Sales Department treated me when I needed help, why would I ever want to buy my next vehicle from their Sales Department? A service customer today may be a sales customer tomorrow. This experience did the opposite of building that relationship. Niello BMW Sacramento needs to operate as one company taking care of one customer, not separate departments explaining why the problem belongs to someone else. More

Each interaction worked to build confidence in my decision to be a customer with this specific dealership. In this case an annual service visit offered the use of a loaner car. My experience with the loaner helped me decide to trade in my 2021 X2 and lease an 2026 X3. The Service Manager Minh helped me work through the process, introduced me to the sales person Joseph . Together they worked to meet all the buying criteria. It was an exceptional experience. !! More

I’d first like to extend a huge thank you to Elsia for her efforts in making me feel extremely comfortable from the moment I booked my appointment with her. I arrived late, which meant she was assisting another customer, but she was already prepared and made sure I was smoothly handed over to Mitch, and I was not disappointed at all! Mitch was confident, patient, attentive, articulate, and humble. He immediately built rapport with me and made sure the entire purchasing process went smoothly. His professionalism and ability to make me feel comfortable throughout the process truly stood out. I was then handed over to Tim, and I must say, he was the icing on the cake! He was extremely professional, thorough, efficient, and made the final part of the process quick and seamless. My overall experience was top tier. What impressed me even more was the atmosphere of the entire location. Every staff member I encountered had a smile and offered a friendly greeting, even if they were simply passing by. The Elk Grove location definitely outdid themselves. Elsia, Mitch, Tim, and the entire team made this a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Thank you all for the exceptional customer service! If you ever go to Niello BMW Elk Grove, you HAVE to work with JOSEPH VO (Joe Vo). He is the most patient and knowledgable person I have met there. He has worked with me since the beginning of my new car sea with JOSEPH VO (Joe Vo). He is the most patient and knowledgable person I have met there. He has worked with me since the beginning of my new car search and is not like those pushy salesmen at all. Answers all my questions quickly and doesn't spam my phone with calls or texts. He even helps me understand service and helped inform me about their $250 service plan (service you guys owe him lunch, he's pitching maintenance plans for you guys!). Even financing questions were answered, he has hit every single department box I was worried about! Best salesperson I've ever worked with. Smooth sailing from the beginning to the end. I will be coming back to him for my dream M8 Competition in the future. More
