It might have been 5 stars, especially for Jason, in the service dept, who was great! But I was a little disappointed that I had to bring my Jetta in for a check engine light just a few days after it was t service dept, who was great! But I was a little disappointed that I had to bring my Jetta in for a check engine light just a few days after it was there all day long for a 60,000 mile service. Fortunately the second time was covered under the extended warranty and was ready to pick up after 5 hours. I appreciate the complimentary Lyft rides. More

Buying out my lease would have been much more pleasant if I wasn’t constantly being asked/persuaded to also purchase an $8500 warranty that cost them 1/10 of that . Real turn off. Less smoke and mirrors- I appreciate transparency not sleazy used car salesman tactics. i used to work for Toyota - nice try but very distasteful. More

Jose of Niello went the extra mile for us. Allowed us multiple test drives int he same day, took note of our concerns with the car and attended to them, and stayed 2 hours past their schedule Allowed us multiple test drives int he same day, took note of our concerns with the car and attended to them, and stayed 2 hours past their scheduled closing time to finish the deal and paperwork with us.
