Not a big deal but had to read the invoice myself indicating that the test ride revealed a possible problem, and no one was able to explain anything to me. This has me worried now that there is a possible bad event about to happen. Technician head something but did not reach out about getting a diagnosis. Overall, a good experience but second time in a row with a hiccup. Last time no one told me about the nail in my tire so two days after service I had a flat. Told me a note was in my file and next time around I would get $25 off. Did not see it on the invoice. Again, not a big deal. I like the dealership, and I will continue to bring my car in for service and consider a new purchase. Friendly people. More
