I gave Niello Volvo Cars Sacramento 3 stars. The only issue I experienced was with their phone service. I tried to schedule a car maintenance appointment and had to call at least five times. Eac The only issue I experienced was with their phone service. I tried to schedule a car maintenance appointment and had to call at least five times. Each time, I had to wait at least 10 minutes before reaching someone. Their lines are often busy, or calls go unanswered, and even when someone picks up, you might have to wait over 15–20 minutes. Cole was great to work with! ! I did notice after i got home that my over flow coolant was missing the cap which they did order me a new one sent to my house which was the wrong s !
