This was the most honest process I have ever encountered at any dealership with zero mark-ups or hassle. The finance associate is a civil engineer who decided he loved this dealership so much he stayed after college. This is a direct result of superb top-down leadership you just don’t see much of anymore. When we went to Volvo in Van Nuys they raved about the “Nielo reputation.” We’re lucky we have them here in Sacramento! More

The whole team at Niello Volvo always make you feel part of a community and you never feel like just a customer.
