I submitted my interest on line and Michael was quick to return a call ... he qualified my interest over the phone and set me up to look at 3 SUV... came in he showed them and we drove all 3... interested i return a call ... he qualified my interest over the phone and set me up to look at 3 SUV... came in he showed them and we drove all 3... interested in 2 of them...he answered all my question and concerns with car fax etc... very professional... cost became an issue and I was not able to buy initially even after manager review... I asked to look at lower cost options... knowing my desires and needs he steered me away knowing other options would not be good for me... 2 days later he called and was able to make the deal on the car we liked... persistent, customer focused , my best interest at heart, honest and forth coming... a very good attribute for your dealership and in 3 years we will be back to see Michael! More
