From the first day of walking in it was FANTASTIC the sales and front personal were great.. I bought a.new GMC Terrain. That's nice.. BUT after that things change as you know, they got your money... Drew Scott in Service is Exceptional! Super impressed. I had a small glitch with my BCM and got me in and out so that I can continue with my job. First Time Flop New Yukon brought in for the first oil change, filter replacement & tire rotation service. Great and Profession al Experience I visited the service center of GMC with my 2007 Chevrolet Suburban and was met by Clay, one of the service consultants. Clay was very professional an I visited the service center of GMC with my 2007 Chevrolet Suburban and was met by Clay, one of the service consultants. Clay was very professional and was a pleasure to work with. I needed a ride to work since I was leaving my vehicle all day and Pam drove me to work in the courtesy shuttle. She was a joy to talk to and I enjoyed meeting her. She was very professional and was a big help in getting me to work on time. When it was time to cash out once my vehicle was done, Glenda the cashier, was an absolute pleasure. I have never been so happy with an experience as I was with all the wonderful people at GMC. Cameron got my keys from Glenda and drove my vehicle from the service center. He was also so professional and polite. I am so glad I met all these wonderful people at GMC and I will definitely be back to service my vehicle. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! More
