The car came with one key, yet the dealership charged a "Pre-Delivery fee" of $795 that is 100% profit to the dealership to help them pay for the costs it costs to do business. I called and spoke with Brent Cox, who wasn't much of a pleasure to talk to and was short and sarcastic. Brent stated that they don't give more keys unless it's factored into the deal, yet, they charge a $795 fee but would rather get a complaint and lose a customer rather than making them another key to make it right. They smile in your face until they've gotten your money. Then after that, they turn into the sarcastic people that you get when you call an let them know about a problem. I will be posting this same review on all other web sites as well so everyone can see. More
