Very unprofessional. I was scheduled for an appointment to come in and discuss trading my car in. Initially was supposed to meet with Karen but when I arrived she was unavailable so I met with Matt. He inf to come in and discuss trading my car in. Initially was supposed to meet with Karen but when I arrived she was unavailable so I met with Matt. He informed me that after running my credit everything was figured out, he could get me in a new vehicle, my payments would be in my range....I even test drove the car. He then tells me that because they were getting ready to close, for me to come back first thing the next morning to sign the paper work. I arrive the next morning and he wasn’t there. I tried calling him and everything, his phone went to voicemail. They set me up with another guy that comes in and says that I need to put down a big down payment. I informed him that, when I dealt with Matt everything was figured out and I didn’t need to put down a down payment. He then says well okay have a good day and leaves. I continued to reach out to Matt and try to speak with a manager and I still have not heard from anyone. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend them More

Most of our time was spent with Cristian showing us various trucks after asking what we were looking for and how we would be using it. He knew the specifications for each vehicle and if not he did not hesitate to get an answer. He and Romeo worked with us to get the vehicle we wanted (and would be happy with) within our budget so we were very grateful. We could tell they both genuinely care about the overall customer experience at Nimnicht. We have and will continue to suggest Nimnicht to everyone we know in the market for a new vehicle. More
