Laverne Hood was amazing at getting me a vehicle I wanted and within the price range I was aiming for. Only knock on the dealership (for me) would be that when financing through them, the Gap Insur wanted and within the price range I was aiming for. Only knock on the dealership (for me) would be that when financing through them, the Gap Insurance they offer is only included with the purchase of other warranties, and not on its own. Here's to hoping that the warranties purchased are true as far as covering what needs to be covered if the time ever comes! Thanks again Laverne for your commitment and enthusiasm! More
