No communication! I dropped my truck off for routine service and couldn't get an answer as to when to pick up. I called numerous times to find out what's going on, no return calls. I finally got a call back at after 3 saying i can pick up at 5! Are you serious? I dropped off at my scheduled appt time at 8 am!
