This dealership will tell you whatever lie needed to get the sale. I repeatedly asked Shawna and John Farley to please make sure that my payments have been set up for bi weekly and specific days at which bo the sale. John even went as far as to show it to me in writing while signing the contract as well as informed me that I would be getting a $50 gift card for the text drive that I should recieve within 48 hours but never recieved. One I recieved my welcome packet in the mail and contacted Ally financial. I was informed that my payments had been set up on one huge monthly payment and was also informed by ally that the dealership is awear that they do not offer a bi-weekly payment arrangement and that I needed to reach out to the dealership. I called the dealership for 2 weeks leaving messages with the front desk until I finally went up to the dealership. When I got to the deal ship John solutions to the problem was just “break it up yourself it’s no big deal” and “ No real car lots do bi-weekly anyways”. I would never purchase another vehicle from them and I WOULD NOT recommend anyone else to do so!! More
