Great Customer service I purchased my car at Nissan of Cool Springs through Christy Nettles and I would definitely do it again. She is very friendly and met my husband and I I purchased my car at Nissan of Cool Springs through Christy Nettles and I would definitely do it again. She is very friendly and met my husband and I out on the lot when we arrived so we never waited once for customer service. She made herself available for test drives and was knowledgeable on the vehicle we drove as well. She met my needs when It came to everything I was looking for in a vehicle, from amenities and price to color and style of vehicle. I had my sights already set on a Nissan Rogue that I'd been eyeing online through their website which is also very easy to navigate. She made everything about purchasing a new vehicle as easy as it could be. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Christy! More

i bought the car pre certified good car but the dealer very very cheap there any one belive you bought car from the dealer like nissan cool spring without the gas in the tank i pay almost $24,00 the dealer very very cheap there any one belive you bought car from the dealer like nissan cool spring without the gas in the tank i pay almost $24,000 for the car and stop on the gas station full the gas plus i pay $950 call dog fee i don't know this for what but the sales man beshoy rizk he tell me don't ask me this for what i pay this amount when i bought my car i am really have hard time with this sales man , i recommend deal with CORINNA LIMBOCKER she is have great personalty and very help full More

Bait and switch Called the dealership about a vehicle that was just listed but everyone was in a meeting and I later got a call back from a salesman (who gave the sta Called the dealership about a vehicle that was just listed but everyone was in a meeting and I later got a call back from a salesman (who gave the standard lie) he said I think that car has been sold but I'll check and call you back (which was the second lie). Why not pull it up on your computer or smart phone or ask the xxxx sales manager who could answer that in 1 second. Ive dealt with these xxxxxxxx before about a year ago, the car was just sold the day before I called, and later deluged my computer and phone offering junk that I was not interested in. About 5 months ago I called about another vehicle and was told we just sold it today. They just want to get people in their system and sell vehicles that aren't moving. Everyone lies or has lied, but you reach a certain point in life maybe because of age, morality, character and a few other factors that you don't continue to propagate lies. There are three groups that lead this pack as the number one liars to the end of their days, used car salesman, lawyer/politician, preacher/ priest/rabbi/ shaikh. I was fortunate enough to find another vehicle that was a lower price and a later model. More

Best experience with car buying! I came to Nissan of Cool Springs with a car that was falling apart, unsafe, and it still was not paid off. I had purchased from a "buy here pay here" I came to Nissan of Cool Springs with a car that was falling apart, unsafe, and it still was not paid off. I had purchased from a "buy here pay here" lot, and really got the raw end of the deal. Bishoy and Tom, at Nissan of CS, were absolutely wonderful in helping me turn my situation around! They found the perfect finanacing for the perfect car, and I barely lifted a finger! Thanks to them, I am now out from under my old car and can feel safe on the road again! All without breaking the bank! Thank you guys so much for everything! More

My sister called ahead and spoke with Bishoy Rizk about the car I would be interested in and when I arrived, he had one waiting for me to drive. The prize for this car was out of my budget, but Bishoy quickly located another for me in my price range and in the color I asked!
