Last week I was working with a different dealership. Unfortunately, they weren't really listening to me and tried pushing me in vehicles I already told them I didn't want. I went online to find that Nissan of Elk Grove had a handful of vehicles that met my criteria. I messaged Nissan of Elk Grove and Michael replied. I told him exactly what I was looking for and the price I wanted to be out the door at. I had financing already lined up through my credit union so I was hoping for a painless process. Micheal told me they could do exactly what I needed. I asked for pictures of the vehicle he picked out for me. He did me one better and took a video of it and sent it to me. The next day, I went in and my car was detailed and ready. We took it for a quick test drive and everything was great. We started some paperwork and he had the finance guy contacting the credit union. Honestly, the whole time I was kind of waiting for someone to pull the rug out on me or to find some way to push up the price. It never happened. This was the easiest car purchase I've ever made. Michael was a friendly dealer, very knowledgable and a straight shooter. If you're looking for a car, go to Nissan of Elk Grove and look him up. As a side note, David Hidalgo handled the financing. I felt bad because I didn't trust him from the start. It had nothing to do with him but with all my past experience with the financing department. I kept questioning everything he did which I'm sure was super annoying to him but he was very patient and friendly with me. He clearly explained every warranty and package to me and never pressured me to buy anything I didn't want. David Hidalgo was also a pleasure to work with. After this experience, I understand why this dealership has so many positive reviews. Great work, everyone! More

Service, has been good until recently! They have duplicated my issues but will tell me oh it’s normal?? Now they telling me I can’t get put into a loaner even if Nissan authorized it? Seriously? That’s a load of BULL IF YOU ASK ME! So I have to leave my car there for days if I decide to bring it there, without a loaner? That’s not right my car is under warranty only 5500 miles and they are not wanting to help a customer that been going to their dealership for almost 7 years.
