Devon , Provided us with A-1 consumer service, despite the oversight by the franchise department. I didn't get the $500 military discount because we didn't go through Honda for franchising. I’ve always gotten the best service with Anthony Ortiz and when oktavo was with the dealership but I’m having on going problems with this 2016 Honda accord I’ve brought it in 3 times regarding the same th and when oktavo was with the dealership but I’m having on going problems with this 2016 Honda accord I’ve brought it in 3 times regarding the same thing and just spent 1990 dollars and still fill the jerking so I’m not sure what to do next Please help More
