I came in with a cash deal that I had been working with the internet department on. Showed up and was told to ask for the sales manager. He took a while to show up and was dismissive. But he passed us off the internet department on. Showed up and was told to ask for the sales manager. He took a while to show up and was dismissive. But he passed us off to Jerry who was a deal saver. He got us over to finance in about 30 minutes. We then waited over 2.5 hours to get into finance. Finance took another 30 minutes who’s is understandable give the amount of paperwork, even with a cash deal. Then I waited over half an hour for someone to put on the registration and temp plates. I would have waited longer, but Jerry was the one to take action and get it done. More
