Great car buying experience I came to this dealership after a bad experience at a different dealership. Christy (internet sales rep) had emailed saying they could match the price I came to this dealership after a bad experience at a different dealership. Christy (internet sales rep) had emailed saying they could match the price quoted by the dealership I had previously gone to. I came to Norm Reeves Honda and Christy introduced me to Susanna. Susanna was great, she listened to my previous experience with the other dealership and made sure she got me the same great deal I had been offered. She went above and beyond to get me a deal that would work for me. Both Susanna and Christy stayed until almost 11 PM on a Sunday to make sure I got my new car washed. After getting my car, Susanna still spent some time with me showing me how to use the features of my new car. I got to say she went above and beyond to make sure I had a great shopping experience. The car had a few white spots on the roof and trunk that couldn't removed by cleaning and waxing so he sent it to the dealer's body shop and they removed them.
