Vito seems like a stand up guy, not a salesman who's job is to pretend to make you feel comfortable, this dude actually made me feel comfortable. Very low pressure, which is how it should be - I'm spending over $20,000 - the last thing I want is pressure as the price tag is pressure enough. Anywho, was looking with my daughter because her car fell apart. I was rewarding her with a new one and knew Hyundais are very fairly priced, safe and reliable. I looked up previous reviews and found Vito to be named in many, so of course reached out to him. Long story short he helped us out, got my daughter the car and all was well in the world. I will absolutely refer anyone in search of a Hyundai to this guy. More

I didn’t end up buying a car at Hyundai but I had a really good experience here thanks to Vito and the staff and id definitely consider it for any future car purchases! More
Fast, Painless, Transparent, and Friendly I went in to get a deal on a 2019 Veloster. Firstly, I was at Harbor Hyundai for a good 3 hours asking questions about pricing and an "advertising fee I went in to get a deal on a 2019 Veloster. Firstly, I was at Harbor Hyundai for a good 3 hours asking questions about pricing and an "advertising fee" they said I had to pay. I felt like the price was high for the amount I was putting down, the sales guy was a bump on a log. I gave Khalid a call and asked him to beat Harbor's price. He took 5 minutes on the phone with me, corresponding with his sales manager. Just like that, $10 per month off (that's $720 I didn't have to pay) before I even walked into their dealership. The whole management staff at Norm Reeves Hyundai is friendly, transparent, answered all of my questions, and got me into my new Veloster in less than 3 hours with no worries. Everything was laid out for me, line by line, regarding what I was paying for. Great customer service. My family has been buying new cars for decades and this was by far one of the better car buying experiences. When you head in, just ask for Khalid. More

Javed was awfully rude and here's why I was in contact with Brandon, the Sales Representative, to appraise my car and he was fantastic! He happened to meet me right as I got out of the car I was in contact with Brandon, the Sales Representative, to appraise my car and he was fantastic! He happened to meet me right as I got out of the car. He checked the odometer and asked for my registration and led me to his desk. Brandon told me it will take a moment for his General Sales Manager to appraise my car. As I was sitting down at Brandon's desk there was a random person with my keys who made eye contact with me but didn't acknowledge me. I was wondering who this person was and lo' and behold, it was JAVED. JAVED (aka rude dude) (who has my keys in hand), walked right passed me knowing I was the owner of the keys in his hands and he didn't acknowledge me. I kept looking and said hi to get some acknowledgement since he had possession of my keys at the time and he did not say anything. Uh... Hello?! You have my keys - my property. I don't know who you are, the least a General Sales Manager can do is acknowledge the owner. Okay... Whatever.. Maybe he is having a bad day. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt. Brandon went back to his desk and explained to me that he was the General Sales Manager and that he is appraising my car. Awesome! Thank you, Brandon! As Brandon was going through with me about my CarFax information and explaining to me how selling my car works. JAVED (aka Rude Dude) threw my keys on Brandon's desk in front of me! Didn't look me in the eye and said that there's damage to my frame while walking straight to his office. He didn't pause and take a moment to tell me what happened. He didn't hand me my keys. He walked straight to his office. Did he think I wouldn't see him? I mean he probably thinks he is invisible or something since he treated me like I was. His office has a glass wall for Pete's sake - completely in view of where I was sitting. Lovely seeing your face, Javed! I hope JAVED (aka Rude Dude) keeps his job since I don't know what establishment would hire him as a General Sales Manager with an attitude like that. Poor customer service from someone who is managing the SALES department. Absolutely unbelievable. More
