I called north end Mazda with a problem with my car. I was afraid to drive it because the brakes felt very soft. They came to me and picked up my car and left me with a loaner so I wasn’t stranded. They fixed my car and at a very reasonable price and best day. Best service of any shop I have ever been to. I only use them from this point forward. I am always satisfied with the service and parts departments at North End Subaru Mazda. Recently I got great deals on snow tires and brakes from Zach for my Toyota Corolla, and got them installed qu departments at North End Subaru Mazda. Recently I got great deals on snow tires and brakes from Zach for my Toyota Corolla, and got them installed quickly and efficiently by Tyler. Better still, I was charged much less than I expected, certainly less than my usual Toyota dealership. The whole staff is also very friendly and professional. And while this dealership may lack the surface polish of some others I have visited, you can’t beat the costs and quality of service at North End Subaru Mazda. More
