So once it was determined a total loss I needed to decide what type of car I would want. My sister in law has a 2022 Nissan Camry and I thought it was a gorgeous sports car sedan. So instead of going back to Nissan, we decided to go to North Park Toyota. When I pulled up I was so anxious and still processing the fact of everything we endured last week. Well we got out and I had the pleasure to meet Fabiola, who became our sales person. She super professional and has an awesome sense of humor which was a breath of fresh air to me. She got us approved so smoothly and made sure we were taken care of. She got me exactly what I wanted and my car was delivered to the lot that day. I have never seen a sales person go above and beyond like her to take care of her customers like she would her own family and her vehicle. She may be our sales person but we have gained an amazing friendship in the process too. If you are looking for a Toyota or any brand of new, or certified pre-owned vehicles go see Fabiola because she is will not only give you top notch service but she will make you feel like family. I now own a 2023 Camry SE with all the bells and whistles that I truly love with a ton of packages and features to allow us to feel safe and secure. We are truly blessed and will be back to see her for my husband's new truck which will be a GMC or Chevrolet once we are ready. Mention my name because I can vouch for Fabiola's superior customer service and quality of service. She is the best!!! Thank you Fabiola and North Park Toyota for changing my life for the better. Then says he’ll wash my car- when I specifically asked for this after an oil change and it wasn’t done. Don’t waste your time, they need better training. More
Arrived early for an 8 am appointment. No car in the bay but my car. I’m there to replace a battery under warranty. 2 1/2 hrs later, I’m out $136 and have to find my car in the parking lot No car in the bay but my car. No courtesy of setting the clock on my car, no air in my tire with the tire gauge light on. However, I was asked to spend extra on replacing my battery cables! Absolutely inexcusable!! As a 62 year old woman, I travelled 23 miles one way for this type of service! Never again. I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from North Park and it will be my last. More

Jon Jon ( Juan Arguello IV) Service Advisor provide me with awesome customer service. I came in for a low tire, wipers, and ztek. Jon Jon look up my maintenance plan when I arrive and advice me my oil cha with awesome customer service. I came in for a low tire, wipers, and ztek. Jon Jon look up my maintenance plan when I arrive and advice me my oil change was coming up. Before any work was done on my tires he advices me of my options and explained my warranty. I had messed up my rim by going into pothole in country. I replaced it. In addition, I purchase wheel alignment. I am so happy and grateful I got my vehicle taken care of with Jon Jon who understands the importance of keeping customers safe on the road. I am constantly driving into city so knowing that my advisor is highly knowledgeable in automotive and my vehicle is maintained gives me a peace of mind when on the road. Ashley ( payment) desk provided me with friendly service while taking my payment. The person that sold me my vehicle Hugo 2 year ago said Hello to me and ask how I was doing in the waiting area while I was studying. Which is great that he remembered his customer.
