They were very accommodating in getting me a new key made. Also did a complete inspection on my car and advised of anything that needed to be done. They gave me a brand new loaner for the day. I didn't realize that this oil change triggered a bunch of maintenance items due to the mileage, and hadn't budgeted for this scheduled maintenance.
