Very clean dealership with courteous customer care. Had inspection done to my CX-5. Luckily I didn't need any repairs.. Though brakes didn't feel right. I was told they are fine. When i scheduled for a 9:30 appt. I should have been told that my car still wouldn’t be done until 6:00. I texted for ETA and was told by end of day but they would let me know. They didn’t so i texted at 5:0 that my car still wouldn’t be done until 6:00. I texted for ETA and was told by end of day but they would let me know. They didn’t so i texted at 5:05 and received automated text that they were closed. Called and received voice message that they were closed. Needed my car so my husband drove me over and they were just finishing it. I received an apology fir the automated responses that were wrong. Ridiculous ….be clear about everything up front. More
