My wife and I saw the car we wanted on autotrader.com. We called the dealership and spoke to Vinnie who let us know that the car was still available. When we arrive to see the car it was already in a place f called the dealership and spoke to Vinnie who let us know that the car was still available. Good experience. Only negative is the loaner cars are separate from the service which is annoying in bad weather. Additionally, when I checked out the cashier told me my service was free and then I got a separate from the service which is annoying in bad weather.
