I have been coming to the North Penn Mazda dealership for about 6+ years and 4+ cars ago. The reason I keep coming back besides the fact that I love Mazda, it is the excellent way they take care of as if yo about 6+ years and 4+ cars ago. Terrific experience today. Every detail of the CX-5 was explained. From my first contact with Jamie and Saralynne who went above and beyond, locating the exact vehicle I was looking for. Great ExperienceDrop off was quick. Picked up a loaner Great Experience Drop off was quick. Picked up a loaner car without issue. Work was completed as promised, with no surprises. I was notified when my Great Experience Drop off was quick. Picked up a loaner car without issue. Work was completed as promised, with no surprises. I was notified when my car was ready for pick up. My only issue was with returning the loaner- the rental office was very busy with just one worker- I had to wait about 20 minutes to drop off the keys and have the loaner inspected. Other than that...2 thumbs up! More
