Friendly, from the moment I parked my car. Before I even had to ask to be directed to the right department, someone asked me if I needed help. The time frame for my repair was explained, and I was proactively updated without having to call. I hope I never have another extensive collision repair, but if I do, I’ll be glad to have the collision team there to get me through. More
