Everyone has great followup from the moment you enter the service department. Will has been my contact and is most polite and professional. He stands out with this knowledge and eagerness to assist. Dan in Sales has been my point of contact from the beginning. No matter how trying I can be with my questions, he is cool and polite. He makes the experience relaxing and is always accessible even on his days off. Can't beat that. I have recommended this dealership to my friends who may be looking for a Mazda. This is my third one. Routine service I dropped off my car for a routine oil change. Service desk was quick and easy. Courtesy car Check-out was quick and easy. Cashier checkout was not pleasant however. Paying with credit card and both choices said debit - which I didn’t want. I asked and the young woman said ‘choose top one.’ When I said said it says debit - she said with and attitude ‘I said choose the top one.’ The next screen also included ‘debit’ and I asked again to be sure. She responded with more attitude ‘choose the top one.’ She never stood up to help or show me. When I was finished I said ‘I really felt talked down to’ she never apologized and got very defensive. This has not been my usual experience at North Penn. However, I left pondering future service. More

Excellent Service! I was having a problem with my tire, and didn't have an appointment. Caitlin was able to have my issue taken care of even though I needed service rig I was having a problem with my tire, and didn't have an appointment. Excellent service in rental dept. I arrived on 1/31/19 during a busy evening, everyone was rushing to beat the snow. There were at least 10 people in line waiting to return or pick up a rental. The representative (Cameron? I think his name was) handled all the customers efficiently and with respect. I appreciated him getting me through the line as quickly as possible so that I could be on with my evening. The next day, Will from service brought my car up and cleaned off the ice and snow. The battery tested both good and bad. The nice part was being kept in the loop on the problem. If I had not known I would be struggling during this latest cold snap at 0 deg. I bought a used car from Tony and the whole experience felt super relaxed and easy, he was always there to answer my questions but he let me take my time and never made me feel pressured to make a decision one way or another. Reasonably priced cars in great condition, you can tell they really take good care of them and prioritize quality. I had a slight issue with the touch screen that we didn’t notice until after I purchased the car, and they replaced the whole thing for free and gave me a car to use for the day in the meantime. Very happy with my purchase and I’ll definitely be recommending this place More
