Routine oil change I hate to leave any type of negativity when sharing my opinion but sometimes it can be useful to the company to help better the customer service. The I hate to leave any type of negativity when sharing my opinion but sometimes it can be useful to the company to help better the customer service. The people who work in the service department are generally knowledgeable but I had a terrible experience when paying my bill. The girl was so unprofessional and couldn’t be bothered answering my question about a car loaner and rudely told me “I have no idea”. Well my thought is, it’s your department and you should have some knowledge about a general service. She didn’t even make eye contact. Really poor skills on this girls part. It made her look completely lazy and stupid in my opinion. More

They fit me in anyway I mistakenly showed up for my Friday scheduled appointment on Thursday. I felt so embarrassed about my scheduling mistake but Michael assured me it was okay as there happen to be some cancellations today. This put my mind at ease.
