I've been a customer at North Penn Imports since 2003; the team serviced my 2003 VW Jetta which I had purchased elsewhere and then in 2008 I bought a I've been a customer at North Penn Imports since 2003; the team serviced my 2003 VW Jetta which I had purchased elsewhere and then in 2008 I bought a Mazda 3 from North Penn and then in 2017 I purchased a Mazda CX3 also from North Penn. The dealership has always treated me with great customer service and honest repair work. Ken and Dan in the body repair department have taken care of several "bumps and bruises" my cars have sustained over the years to my great satisfaction and the "upfront" service team of Amanda, Caitlyn and Will are always ready to answer any questions or concerns I have when I come to the dealership for routine Mazda maintenance . Because my experience with the purchase and service of my 2003 Mazda 3 had been so positive, I knew that when I had to replace the 3 due to a multi-vehicle accident I was going to purchase another Mazda product from North Penn..............,,and so I did!! My CX3 is perfect for me and thanks to everyone at North Penn, I know it'll be well taken care of! More

No customer satisfaction My 2 complaints was not taken care and no one informed me when i picked up the car. When i noticed and informed the service centre they said it was fi My 2 complaints was not taken care and no one informed me when i picked up the car. When i noticed and informed the service centre they said it was fixed and she went in to call some mechanic who came after some time and told me he will go in to check the part and never turned up. When i went in and enquired they said part need to be ordered. Moreover even though i have bumper to bumber warranty she told me I don’t have it and then made me run to sales team. So much time wasted. I didn’t expect this service from Mazda. No customer satisfaction. More

Air bag recall. I dropped my car off at 7:30 am to have the passenger air bag replaced. I was given a loaner car and was told they should be finished by 4:30 to 5:30 I dropped my car off at 7:30 am to have the passenger air bag replaced. I was given a loaner car and was told they should be finished by 4:30 to 5:30 pm. I received a call at 11:00 am and was told my car would finished by 11:30 am. To my surprise when I went to pick up my car it had been washed. The people there are awesome to say the least. Very friendly and always a pleasure to talk to. Thank you for a great job!! Will at the service counter is a very great man to work with!! More
