Mr. Singhal, I do apologize for the lack of customer satisfaction you feel you received during your visit with us. The issues that you had with your vehicle were not items that would be covered under your warranty as Catie had explained to you. The molding that was damaged was not a result of a manufacture defect but from outside influence as it had been pulled out. Our technciain reattached the molding the best he could to save you money as you didn't want to pay for it to be replaced. You have a warranty that covers items that are faulty due to a manufacturers defect, not from outside influence. I apologize that this was not made clear to you when you purchased your CX9 and because you were upset, Catie sent you to the sales manager to see if he could help you.
