Buying a car is my least favorite thing to do....but having Vinny Denardo as a salesperson changed my mind about how dealerships should treat their customers! From the moment my husband and I entered the dealership, we were treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Vinny didn't waste our time with constant negotiations and price bickering. A fair price was offered for my trade-in and my monthly lease rate was affordable. Vinny was very knowledgeable and patient when demonstrating the new technology involved in operating the vehicle. I feel confident that if I have a question, I can call for an immediate answer. The entire staff at North Penn Mazda should be complimented for making my car buying experience a very favorable one. My wife and I had made an earlier visit to North Penn Mazda before deciding to purchase the Mazda 3. After deciding on purchasing a Mazda we used our credit union internet car buying service and we were provided with offering prices from three different dealers. Great used car buying experience! I had the nicest car buying experience to date at NorthPenn Mazda. It was a 25 mile commute from my home, but worth the drive. I was shopping for a ni I had the nicest car buying experience to date at NorthPenn Mazda. It was a 25 mile commute from my home, but worth the drive. I was shopping for a nice, used, late model Chevrolet Malibu and had a list of seven likely candidates to check out at various dealers around the area. To make a lot story short, I chose a 2010 Malibu LTZ that they had for sale. It is a beautiful car, well maintained and I got a great deal on it which included the trade in of my old car. Everyone at the dealership was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable and at home. I appreciated the longer than usual test drive, which really helped me to get a feel for how the car handled and performed. Many thanks to John Sell for putting together that great deal, taking the time to answer all my questions, that great test drive and for one of the nicest used cars I have ever bought. I am looking forward to many years of enjoyment with this purchase. Thanks guys! More

I can say I've NEVER experienced such amazing service from start to finish on the purchase of any vehicle before. Usually it takes FOREVER for them to get the car ready, gas filled up, finance (that's usually a nightmare everywhere). But not with Greg at North Penn. I contacted him and explained my situation and what I needed to purchase, within 24 hours I was driving off the lot in my car. I wasn't in the dealership anymore than maybe 20-30 minutes tops INCLUDING the time spent in Finance. Helen in Finance is absolutely wonderful, efficient and very thorough with explaining everything in a timely manner. It was so nice to just go in, talk to Greg and he knew exactly what I needed. I can't wait to buy my next car there already! More

Joe Manfredi struck a great balance between providing good answers to my questions about other trims and options without being pushy about it. He also respected my process, giving me time and space to think and consult when I needed it. I truly appreciate the outstanding deal Joe was able to make for me, and I'm so happy that I was able to drive away in the new CX-5 that I wanted. The finance manager, Helen Ferraro, was very nice too and exceptionally organized, so we were able to take care of all of the business matters is a short period of time after we agreed on the sale. This is the second car I've bought from North Penn Mazda (having obtained a Mazda 6 there 5 years ago), and as long as Mazda keeps making great cars, North Penn Mazda is where I will go to get them.
