After contemplating the purchase, I decided to call North Penn Mazda to see if it was available & for pricing. It was fate that I was connected with Charlie. When I arrived at the dealer we sat down and went over my trade in, pricing, and other information. Now the fun part, Charlie already had the Audi A4 ready and waiting for the test drive. We got in and I knew this car had to be mine, after a quick test drive we worked out the details. Every step of the way Charlie was prepared to answer all my questions, and to the ones he was unsure of he promptly replied via email, call, or text which was super convenient to work around my schedule. What I loved best about his personality and professionalism is that he is not the typical “pushy” salesman; he let me make my own decision at my own pace and reiterated that my finances are of the upmost importance. I could not give Charlie a higher review he has been a pleasure to work with and made purchasing my Audi A4 a breeze. I highly recommend his services. Thank you for everything, I truly appreciate it! However, having been a customer of theirs since 2011, there is no question that we will continue with them for all our service needs despite that fact. Greg, Shawn, John and the sales team members are responsive each rate 5 stars. Service department is as conscientious and as skilled as one could hope for. I recommend them w/o reservation. More

I will walk away. This was my first experience with North Penn Mazda and WOW! What a pleasure to deal with! Granted, I saw the vehicle I was interested in online, and the "internet price" was a good deal, so I was already half-way there. But it was truly a pleasure to to deal with a salesman (Mark Gavornik) who's primary concern was helping me check the car out and decide if I liked it, instead of hard-selling me! I know where I will look first, the next time I need to shop for a car! More

Stress free, great experience, and not pushy I had great experience with Dan leasing me a Mazda CX 9 2014 sports. Dan knew that my dream car was the Mazda CX-9 and he knew that I wanted it .
