We do want to sincerely apologize for the service fee. We’ve implemented this fee in lieu of raising our overall service rates, in an effort to keep costs lower for all our customers. This fee only applies when paying by credit card — if you choose to pay with a debit card, there’s no additional charge. We really value your support and understanding, and we hope to continue providing you with great service in the future.
