Usually get to talk to someone on the phone without too much of a delay, could be faster but other dealerships I have dealt with take even longer. Excellent service and advice, they don't do anything to yo much of a delay, could be faster but other dealerships I have dealt with take even longer. North Penn was able to order my new tires and install them in a very short period of time. They took the extra time to put the old tires in bags so I could take them home and sell them.
