While the damage occurred as the result of another customer’s vehicle during a windy day and not by our dealership or dealership employees, it did happen while your car was on our premises and we agreed that repairing the damage was the right thing to do. As a goodwill gesture and to ensure your complete satisfaction, we paid to have the dent repaired at no cost to you. I do believe we went above and beyond to correct this damage that was caused and I would not expect many other retail businesses to offer the same courtesy that we provided.
