Thorough and fast I have only veen here twice, but both times I was greeted quickly and immediately taken care of. My only complaint (and it's a tiny one) is it was cold in waiting area, but it was a chilly day and I was there for HOURS (by choice). More

Nevertheless, Bill Kurz was exceptionally helpful from the first phone call I made inquiring about the vehicle, answering my many questions and concerns until I was able to view the car in person. Although I couldn't come see the car for two weeks, I was confident it was exactly what I wanted, and Bill did everything to ensure that I got the perfect car for me. I cannot say anything else other than this is EXACTLY the kind of experience one hopes they will have when they purchase their car. Bill and everyone else at North Penn VW truly are classy, professional, and honest individuals. I'm usually critical of car dealerships, given past experiences, but I will be preaching for years about my experience here.
