Help in buying VW Atlas I initially started looking for VW Tiguan and I met Antonio at the dealership. But some time my mind changed and I started looking for 7 seater and I went again for a test drive VW Atlas. Again no push nor rush to sell the car. I also went to another dealers around this area but could not able to make a deal. But I like the most in the end the car configuration I need and the price I need, Antonio helped me getting the car from other dealership, with no gimmicks or surprises in the end. What he promised he delivered. So NP VW is transparent in there pricing and very straightforward and helpful. After buying car they are also not very pushy to buy extended warranties. So, my overall experience of buying the car with NP VW is very smooth and satisfying. More

Great Work, Questinable Customer Service I took my car in a couple of times for a rattle in my tailgate. The first time, the tech tried to diagnose it and the repairs made unfortunately did n I took my car in a couple of times for a rattle in my tailgate. The first time, the tech tried to diagnose it and the repairs made unfortunately did not work. When I took it back in, the same tech, Jose by the way, was terrific, road tested the car with me and found the problem. It was repaired and I was charged $200 since in the dealership's view, that was not covered under warranty since it was a rattle. The reason it rattled was an unfastened harness that was making contact with the trim in the tailgate. That is a defect in material or workmanship in my view and should be covered. It's not a squeaky spring or something. I have since contacted the service manager by email (who was unavailable after the service was performed). I fully expect that this issue will be resolved under warranty and the review goes to 5 stars. As mentioned, the tech was phenomenal. More

Antonio Miller is fantastic! I stopped in to “inquire” about a few VW models. He answered all my questions without hesitation (I ask a LOT if questions!) and was very enthusiastic about the cars. I drov about a few VW models. He answered all my questions without hesitation (I ask a LOT if questions!) and was very enthusiastic about the cars. I drove several models on that day and he was a pleasure to work with. NO pressure whatsoever! One week later I’m driving a beauty of an Alltrack! They found the exact model/color I wanted. Even sitting down with Jason to cover the financial aspects was a pleasure! One of the easiest transactions I’ve ever had and I’ve had many cars! Kudos to you at North Penn VW! More
