Great experience yet again! We’ve been shopping for a car for my son, and found the perfect fit. I e-mailed Greg Holland with an inquiry, and texted me on his day off to let me k We’ve been shopping for a car for my son, and found the perfect fit. I e-mailed Greg Holland with an inquiry, and texted me on his day off to let me know he would hold the car for me to test drive. On his day off. That’s just over-the-top service. Jeff Applegate had the car ready for a test drive when we arrived, and held it for us to finalize the details when Greg was back in the office. We finalized the deal the after the weekend. The price was outstanding, no haggling required. We worked with Jason to get the best financing options, and he took care of everything (as he always does) so that the closing process was wrapped up in 30 minutes. Jason is a pleasure to work with. And to top it all off, Greg gave my son the full “new car owner treatment.” While we finished up the paperwork, he sat with my son one-on-one in the car going over all the features and technology. The kid is 16. He left the dealership as proud and giddy as I have ever seen him, and had an experience he won’t ever forget. We’ve bought or leased 7 cars from North Penn VW, because they make it a pleasure to work with them. I don’t know that I would go anywhere else. Thanks again, Greg! More

I have serviced with quite a few VW service centers so this is why I am writing. A few things that can take the experience to an even greater level is offering complimentary car washes and also pulling up the vehicles for customers when they are there to pick it up. I did receive a wash which was great, but, I had to ask for it and felt like it was a big deal to ask this of them. In addition, when I picked up my vehicle, it was raining out and I had to go out and find my car, rather than someone pulling it up under the drop off area for me. While the overall service was quick, speedy and everyone was very nice, it just felt very no frills, which is fine. I would recommend this service center to others. More
