The reason for my three stars, and not higher, is that my car battery died within 24 hours of purchase. This was a major inconvenience for me as I had two jump the car twice and then drive a loaner car for a few days. With that being said, all employees that I dealt with were very nice and understanding and made the process as smooth as it possibly could be. More

quick and easy I searched the sites of 2 other VW dealerships besides North Penn. North Penn had a car with the options I was looking for on their site with a much I searched the sites of 2 other VW dealerships besides North Penn. North Penn had a car with the options I was looking for on their site with a much better price than another dealership. I was able find the car I was interested on the lot. Greg, my salesman, answered any questions I had and went through the changes VW had made from the VW that I was currently driving. He also checked a book to see if the company I work for had a partnership with VW that could result in a possible discount. He broke down all the pricing and finance options that I would be eligible for so I could see what would end up being the best option for myself. Jason in finance broke down all the additional warranty options I could add and asked questions about your situation so he could add input if a particular warranty would be something useful to you. I didn't feel pressured to actually purchase additional warranty coverages and the whole paper signing process went quick and smooth. More

Go Anywhere Else I purchased 2 cars from this place at the same time and one had a bunch of recalls on it which they should have fixed before selling. I also purchased an EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE extended warranty from North Penn that seems to NOT cover anything. They had my car all day Friday and Saturday just to tell me it would cost me $125 just for them to figure it out. Also if I needed a car such as a LOANER they would have to RENT me one starting at $32 a day. What did you do with my car for those 2 days and why did I get charged when I picked it up? I highly recommend going elsewhere for your car purchases as well as service needs. More

Finally a good East Coast VW Dealer I had to buy a car for my son...I was out of state though. So I called a bunch of east coast dealers in the Philly, DE and Maryland areas.....wow wh I had to buy a car for my son...I was out of state though. But North Penn was awesome, very straightforward, professional and honest with great customer service. Any they had the best price too. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new or used VW. More

The worst customer service experience If I could give a lower score I would, but this is the lowest I can give. When you have cash in hand to buy the car and you are on the lot and in the If I could give a lower score I would, but this is the lowest I can give. When you have cash in hand to buy the car and you are on the lot and in the showroom for over half and hour and no one even acknowledges you. I had to return twice to sign the paperwork, I was told "the printer was down" no one could let me know that for an hour. I needed to get back to work, Had to return later to actually sign and pick up the car. Which I love the car. Its been over three months and I still haven't gotten the title. I know that comes from the state but did they even send in the paperwork, Oh they did, with my name spelled so badly if I didn't need to take time on my Saturday to go fix it, it may have been funny. I don't know how many people come into their dealership with the price of the car in full, but with the awful customer service they provide I don't know how they get repeat business. I will never buy anything from them again and at this point I am afraid to trust the service department with my car. The service at VW was so bad that I went next door to Mazda, I wanted to test drive a CX3, and actually used the sales person from there. More

Great Salesman, Great Dealership I love Volkswagen at Colemar! The salesmen are great, and the dealership is clean. They have a decent amount of used cars in good condition.
