I had a great car shopping and buying experience there, and I will surely be back in the future. I researched my new car thoroughly and knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. North Penn beat that price and gave me a new car in pristine condition. There was no haggling or upselling involved whatsoever. I never felt pressured to make a decision. In fact, since I was confident I was getting a competitive price, 99% of the stress of the new car buying experience was out the window. With all the safety features and infotainment systems, cars are like rolling computers these days! My salesperson, Bill Kurz, spent a lot of time getting the vehicle ready for me and then walked me through the functionality and technology. I am glad he did because when I rolled off the lot in my new car, I felt confident I knew where all the controls were. Bill was exceptionally friendly. If you visit North Penn VW I strongly encourage you to work with Bill, although I would bet everyone there is super. I spent some time with Jason in Finance as well, and he couldn't have been nicer.
