He was so nice, helpful and patient with us while went through the process of deciding what the right choice for us was. He really understood what we were looking for in a car and our budget. After three years we decided to buyout our GTI and that is where we got to work with Jason Hartman in financing. Jason was really friendly and easy to work with. He made the whole financial end of the process really stress-free and easy to understand. Our service advisor Ken Benton has also been wonderful to work with; he is always friendly and really explains our options and what is best for our car. The entire team we have worked with have been awesome and extremely knowledgeable about the cars. My husband and I both would recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the future. I told him what I was looking for and in about 20 minutes I was sitting in my dream car, a VW Beetle convertible. Two days later my husband returned with me and we purchased my "bug".
