When we went to the dealership that evening, the cars of interest were out and ready for the test drive. We were able to do the test drive without a rep from NP Imports, which is nice. Liked the car and decided then and there that it was the one. My husband mentioned that I was interested in another brand. Bill our rep, encouraged me to test drive it. I did then came back to the Jetta. From that point, the deal was closed in a matter of a couple hours and I drove a detailed car home. Felt like I got a good value and everyone was gracious. More

Great Job Retaining Business I've come to this shop for all of my service and latest lease of a 2015 Jetta so now that the time had come to turn that lease in of course I made the I've come to this shop for all of my service and latest lease of a 2015 Jetta so now that the time had come to turn that lease in of course I made the decision to return. I'm so glad I did I love the new car that I am in and the service I received on such short notice. By the time I made the decision to go forward with the car I wanted it was just hours before they closed and I was able to drive out in the new vehicle by the time they closed. Many thanks to Greg who stayed after hours to go over specific details of the new car and made sure everything was right before I left. More

Same car, just a few years later I walked onto the lot in 2012 to test drive the then, Jetta Sportwagen. When I returned just last month, I was amazed Bill remembered me!
