Traded from Out of State I had contacted North Penn based upon an internet search seeking information regarding a vehicle in their inventory. During the initial telephone conv I had contacted North Penn based upon an internet search seeking information regarding a vehicle in their inventory. During the initial telephone conversation with Brendan Magarity of their sales staff I mentioned that I was interested in their vehicle, but that I had a trade and did not know how we could accomplish a transaction with me living almost 700 miles away. He assured me that with a few photos and a description of my car they would be able to provide a generous trade-in value against the purchase of the new vehicle. Sure enough, their trade-in allowance was more competitive than other dealers who also had the exact same car I was seeking to purchase. We negotiated the deal over the phone and email. Upon my arrival at North Penn's dealership, I was promptly and courteously greeted by Brendan and his manager, Fred Shelp who demonstrated the features of the new Volkswagen. Once satisfied that all my questions were answered, I was introduced to Jason Hartman, North Penn's Business Manager, who met with me to conclude the transaction. Jason explained the Volkswagen basic warranty and presented information regarding available warranty enhancements. Jason was extremely knowledgeable of the programs available, explained the benefits, yet did not make me feel pressured to commit to a purchase then and there as I have experienced with some other dealerships. Overall, my entire purchasing experience with North Penn Volkswagen was 100% pleasant and satisfactory. I would purchase from North Penn again and would not hesitate to recommend their dealership to others. More
