Sales experience was great. Tim was very easy to work with. Service experience was questionable. Dealer Rater: This matter was/is not with NorthPenn, rather with the VW part (a manufacturing issue) rusting in what had seemed to have been a premature amount of time. My Toyota had gone for 20 years rather with the VW part (a manufacturing issue) rusting in what had seemed to have been a premature amount of time. My Toyota had gone for 20 years and 250 000 miles, and had no such issue; the VW - THROUGH NO FAULT OF NORTH/PENN - had only gone 10 years. The NorthPenn Family is the only place I would take my vehicle(s) for service ! VW, if they are building cars for people who keep them longer than 100 000 miles, would need to address this in their manufacturing process. Control arms, which had failed, should be more durably manufactured. (in all fairness, the ENGINE, so far, is PERFECT) More
