I brought my car in due to a service issue which it has already been seen for 2x prior. Both times prior I notified the service advisor that I believed it had something to do with my front passenger brake already been seen for 2x prior. Both times prior I notified the service advisor that I believed it had something to do with my front passenger brake as it locked up on me and then sensor issue began. . I was told both prior times that was not the case and was told in October they replaced the sensor and it worked fine however less than an hour later it was back on. My concerns were completely dismissed even though I am the primary driver. Turns out it had to do with an issue with the brake and I now have to wait for the parts to come in most likely January (6 months after initial problem). If someone would have listened to my concerns the previous 2x this would have been fixed. I feel they don’t listen to their clients concerns even after providing video and pictures. It’s disappointing after buying numerous vehicles from this dealership. More
