The most pleasant and professional service. My son's Jetta wireless key went through the washer and stopped working. I installed new battery but the key still did not work. I took the car to a V My son's Jetta wireless key went through the washer and stopped working. I installed new battery but the key still did not work. I took the car to a VW dealer who told me that I needed a new key because the chip got wet and not functioning properly and the price for a new key with programming would be $300.00. I called New Penn and talked to Brian from parts and he quoted me $216.00. The key was ordered and I went down to pick it up and program it. After a short half hour wait the mechanic came out to hand us the new key and the old key, but the biggest surprise came when he told me that there was nothing wrong with the old key, it just needed a new battery, he said. Many thanks to Brian, the mechanic and Erin Tretter from the Service Department for their professionalism and courtesy and thank you New Penn for such a great job. I will definitely be your customer for many years to come. More

They practiced all the proper protocols to ensure their own safety as well as the customers and were very diligent with returning your car sanitized and ready to go.
