I was extremely upset at this service. The task should take 2-3 hrs. It took 7 because they were "training a new guy." My car doesn't need to be the training module. I don't want to pay 2- More

North Penn VW responded

Ms. Gillott, Thank you for your recent visit to our service department. I apologize for the length of time it took to diagnose and repair the coolant leak on your Volkswagen Beetle. When you were updated that the coolant pump was confirmed leaking, we did advise that the repair would be several hours and offered to transport you home if that was more convenient to you than staying at the dealership. This repair was completed under a warranty extension from Volkswagen so no charges have been or will be assessed to you to correct the leak.
