I have been a customer of this Honda dealership for the last six years. As a very busy Surgeon I seldom have the time to write a review though this is warranted to say the least. I have purchased 5 Honda’s for my staff and dealt with Richard Cirami who is one of the nicest and professional men I have ever done business with. He is the Finance Director for the store and has a friendship with each Bank that is incredible. You see each of my gals had credit issues. As Richard said here is the plan. Will start with Certified Honda’s and I will help each one of your gals straighten out their credit and in a year from now they will be able to refinance or buy a new car for less than they are paying now. So here we are some 12 months later on three cars and 18 months later on the other two cars. I called him on Monday and said what can we do. On Tuesday he refinanced three cars saved an average of $63.00 dollars per month and on the other two cars they traded them in and leased two new cars. What can I say he is the Carman of New York for a reason and my lease is due soon and he is setting up a Pilot for me for the first week of June. Excellent service is something that is lacking in most businesses today, this man his team are beyond that word. Snake like tactics take place with financing here. They also would not allow me to put down 50% of the purchase price. I had to return at a later date and fight for what I was overcharged for, about $550. They also require that you purchase GAP insurance which is bs. I was told that once the loan is paid off, the amount of GAP insurance that you did not use will be refunded to you (it is prorated over the course of the loan, by month). I refinanced my vehicle 2 months after purchase due to the horrible interest rate I was given at North Shore Honda as they require you to finance with them. I have since tried to contact my sales person, Rich the finance manager and the sales manager Jason Godsmark with 0 response. They have completely ignored my request for refund based on what was agreed upon during the sale. I purchased a used vehicle and less than 3 months after purchase I had to have two large repairs, one of which was covered by the warranty but another which was not, resulting in a $1000 bill. Do you research before purchasing a vehicle here and make sure you look over every amount and item in the bill of sale as you will have very little luck reaching anyone after the sale. More
The Finance Manager (Richard Dylan Bolanos) failed to disclose to us at the time we signed the lease that the $36,738.35 capitalized cost included the $2850.00 refund from North Shore Honda for early lea disclose to us at the time we signed the lease that the $36,738.35 capitalized cost included the $2850.00 refund from North Shore Honda for early lease termination (which included prior lease payments, car repairs, and fees) as promised by Harold Wagner. Had the Finance Manager done so, we would have immediately gone back to Harold Wagner and objected because Harold Wagner never said that we would have to pay for the refund in our lease payments. I am extremely disappointed at the treatment we are receiving on our third lease from Harold Wagner and North Shore Honda. Trust is everything in a relationship. We asked for and have not received a complete breakdown of what is included in the capitalized cost and the interest rate that justifies the $505.57 monthly lease payment from Finance Manager, Dylan Bolanos. Furthermore, when we met with the Finance Manage,r Dylan Bolanos, he suggested that we include the sales tax in the monthly payments, but the Sales Tax was also paid at lease signing. It appears that we are paying twice. We asked for an answer in writing if this was the case but have not received it. So we are asking again for a reply in writing which includes a detailed breakdown of the basis for the monthly payments of $505.57, including all fees and charges, depreciation, and amortization, rent charge, taxes, interest rate, total loan amount, and the selling price. Finally, we want our monthly lease payment to be reduced by the $2850 refund Harold Wagner promised us or to receive a check for the equivalent. Honda should live up to its word. . We are planning to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the NYS Department of Consumer Affairs, The Honda Complaint Department and plan to give North Shore Honda the worst possible review we can when we complete the Honda Sales Satisfaction Form next week. I was send a written quote for a Honda Pilot, twice. Made an appointment to meet at the dealership after emailing throughout the week regarding the car. On my way, five minutes until my appointment, I received a phone call from the sales manager that the price was too low and they would not honor it. Not a verbal quote mind you...written and confirmed twice. Basically he wanted to save me a trip from even bothering to come in. Since then, no one has taken accountability for this. I had expressed my reservations about doing business at this location initially, and was assured of a positive experience based on the fair price I was quoted. Please look at other dealerships before trying this one. More

I arrived in late July to buy a new honda accord sport. Tried and tested a few but didn't love them. Cindy came and assisted me the entire time. Eventually, she shared that I might like the Honda Insight. Tried and tested a few but didn't love them. Cindy came and assisted me the entire time.
